, information is made available to visitors and users regarding the CALITAS brand, its products, and the possibility of purchasing them through the online store.
CALITAS is a brand dedicated to the design and manufacture of high-quality handcrafted footwear produced in Europe, including personalized products made to order.
ACCESS AND USE CONDITIONS
Access to and use of the Website implies the express and unconditional acceptance of this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time of access.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Personalized products
Pursuant to Article 17(c) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or products made according to the consumer’s specifications.
All personalised CALITAS products (including embroidery, colours, initials, illustrations or any made-to-order adaptations) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to CALITASWORLD.
Defective or incorrect products
If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the order placed, the customer must contact CALITASWORLD within 48 hours of receipt via email at info@calitashoes.com
, indicating the order number and attaching supporting images.
After verification, repair, replacement or refund will be offered, as applicable.
Non-personalised products (if applicable)
For non-personalised products, consumers have a 14-day period to exercise the right of withdrawal under Decree-Law no. 24/2014, bearing the direct cost of return shipping.
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
